SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Fable Restaurant in San Francisco has long been known for its patio dining and weekend brunch, but now the popular eatery is making major investments in an effort to be recognized as one of the best private restaurants in San Francisco.
The restaurant recently hired a new events coordinator dedicated solely to event production, sales and event team management, according to a press release issued by the restaurant.
“We are now able to do very personalized events. I love working with customers to create fun and personalized menus. We can also accommodate just about any style of service, budget and schedule,” said Marda Eichmann, Events Coordinator.
Eichmann has worked at Fable for more than 10 years as Front of House Manager, according to the press release.
“His knowledge of catering processes, food and event team management made him the perfect fit for this new role,” said co-owner Jon Vargas. “She also maintains relationships with local vendors like florists, musicians, event planners, photographers and decorators. We look forward to a busy holiday season.
The press release says that in addition to Eichmann’s placement as events coordinator, Fable recently completed renovations to the garden patio to update the space for private events. Patio decks have been updated with upholstered banquettes and chairs for additional seating, a mid-century modern style banquette wood wall, and sconces for lighting.
Fable has also invested time in partnering with local organizations such as the Castro Theater, Moscone Convention Center, San Francisco Travel Association and others to provide private dining space for guests attending events in the area. city, according to the press release. The heated and covered garden patio space can accommodate private parties with up to 65 guests in a range of seating options.
