Tiniva app: AxisRooms co-founder launches Tiniva app for hospitality industry

NEW DELHI/BANGALORE: Entrepreneur Anil Kumar Prasanna, co-founder and ex-CEO of AxisRooms, has announced the launch of Tiniva, a low-code/no-code platform and application for the hospitality industry. Tiniva is aimed at hotel service providers to show digital consumers a host of ready-to-use experiential apps and services during their stay.

In a statement, Prasanna said, “The emerging digital consumer is driven by convenience, choice and instant gratification. Tiniva Hotel Super App is built based on our own experience, and it is a connected marketplace of hotels with all its services. It has the potential to up-sell, cross-sell, and digitize customer touchpoints. With the looming and immediate need for contactless technology, the shortage of hotel talent, and the need for efficiency, it’s a perfect solution right now to fuel hotel growth. The Tiniva app enables this functionality for hotel partners through a plug-and-play model. This is part of our continued drive to provide platforms and products to help the hospitality industry recover quickly from a slump and quickly capitalize on changing business opportunities.

The platform can be integrated into the hotels current technology environment and plug-and-play with their existing on-deck applications. The app can also work well individually for vacation rentals, restaurants, convention centers, tourist offices, DMCs, and other travel-related service providers. It will help hotels move from a conventional guest journey to a connected guest journey.

Today, hotels have capabilities and services to drive commerce, but there is no single application that can best help the same to its full potential. This helps bring features, such as in-room dining, curated local experiences, and poolside ordering, that aspire to win over customers. These features help hoteliers increase long-term loyalty to their properties and drive positive reviews that drive new business.

Times have moved towards the adoption of on-demand apps like quick commerce – (Blinkit, Zepto), people expect to have an on-demand app for the travel and hospitality industry. That’s what the app does: help customers with reservations, registrations, services and front desk management.
